Shipping and Local Pick-up

We offer two flat rate shipping through Australia Post. 

Standard Post $10.00

or

Express Post  $15.

We also offer local pick-up for all orders in Perth, an appointment will need to be arranged for pick-up orders.

Standard Post can take between 7 to 14 working days

Express Post can take between 2 to 7 working days

Postage is dependant on location and when posted it is out of our control. 

If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days please contact us at [email protected] so we can track your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we'll change the address unless order had already been shipped.

Returns and Refund

Due to Hygiene reason we do not offer refunds or exchange on any purchases due to "change or mind" or incorrect purchase.

Refunds are only offered for items that are deemed faulty.  Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, with photos of  faulty items.  If items received is approved and deemed as faulty a replacement, credit note or refund may be offered at our discretion.
